Completing the Outstanding Balance quest in ARC Raiders is a test of preparation, navigation, and careful extraction. Outstanding Balance takes place entirely on Blue Gate. You need to complete two major investigation objectives and then successfully extract from the map. Since the objectives are tied to the same raid, careless movement can force you to repeat the entire process.

For this reason, it is better to think of the mission as one continuous journey instead of two unrelated objectives.

Investigating the Traffic Tunnel

Begin by heading toward the Traffic Tunnel. Follow the mission indicator and enter the tunnel area, keeping an eye on the surroundings as you progress deeper inside.

The stash you are searching for can be found near the end of the tunnel. Nearby visual clues include a blue tarp and a campsite, which can make the correct location easier to recognize.

Interact with the stash once you find it. After investigating it, you will receive information directing you toward Pilgrim's Peak.

At this point, avoid unnecessary exploration. Blue Gate contains plenty of potential threats, and spending extra time searching containers or fighting enemies can make the return trip more dangerous.

Searching Pilgrim's Peak

After investigating the stash, travel toward Pilgrim's Peak in the northern portion of Blue Gate. Your main landmark is the prominent antenna structure.

Use the zipline to access the elevated section of the antenna. Once you arrive, search for Dodger's bag near the red machinery.

Interacting with the bag gives you Dodger's Note. This is the critical quest item needed for the final stage.

Once the note is secured, your strategy should change immediately. There is no need to continue exploring the area. Your priority is now reaching an extraction point without getting eliminated.

Protecting Dodger's Note

A Safe Pocket can be particularly helpful during this mission. Since Dodger's Note is necessary for quest completion, losing the item before extraction can make the run much more frustrating.

Avoid crossing open areas carelessly. If you hear fighting nearby, consider waiting or taking an alternative route rather than entering an active engagement.

Once you successfully extract, return to Speranza and speak with Tian Wen. Deliver Dodger's Note to finish the Outstanding Balance quest.

Rewards and Progression

The mission rewards players with the Gothic Graffiti Aviator color, Extended Medium Mag attachment, and Silencer II. It also unlocks the next Tian Wen quest, Settled in Full.
